As we start the new year, we are very excited to share with you the latest features and updates we have been working on for quite a while now! Introducing Instabug for web, network request logging, two-way integration with Zendesk and JIRA service desk, differentiated cialisfrance24.com log levels, more user data, ability to start user conversations, and dynamic framework symbolication.

Over the past period, we found out that many of our users wanted the same experience Instabug’s SDK provided but for web. It became clear to us that we need to do it now. With Instabug for web users will be able to report bugs with a simple screenshot and a few annotations. You will receive a full bug report right inside your dashboard so that you can work on the issue or assign it to your designated team.
As for the mobile SDK, we made sure to provide you with an unmatched experience and more powerful data to help you take your app to the next level. With bug reporting, we now automatically log all network requests performed by your application to know exactly what happened. We’ve also added customizable fields to more easily identify users. The users’ page has been redesigned to include all their data and reported issues to date, and you can now start conversations with them directly. As for crash reporting, we now support the symbolication of crashes in dynamic frameworks to help you get to the bottom of the issue. In addition, we support two-way integration with Zendesk and JIRA service desk to have a two-way conversation with users without the need to open Instabug’s dashboard.

Instabug For Web
Based on popular demand, we decided to launch bug reporting for web. No more random screenshots and stray e-mails, as you will be able to report bugs directly from your website. All users have to do is click on the Instabug icon at the bottom right of the screen to automatically generate a screenshot on which they can draw as well as add comments and send right away to your dashboard.
Identify Network Requests
Instabug will now automatically log all network requests performed by your application. Request details along with user responses are sent with each report. Whenever a bug occurs because of server issues, you will know exactly what happened to be able to identify what your team needs to work on.
Two-way Integration with Zendesk and JIRA Service Desk
As users report issues from the app, your support team will be able to receive them on Zendesk or JIRA Service Desk and reply back directly from there. Your users will be notified about the reply in-app through our SDK, without the need to open Instabug’s dashboard.
Identify Users Easily
Now you can add customized fields to identify your users. This gives you more options to choose specific fields and have a faster filtration process. Searching for users will be much easier as you filter for fields like plans, payments, etc.
Log More Data into Different Log Levels
You can now differentiate between the different logs that you track. This way you can continue debugging logs away from info logs, etc. This will make it easier to see important logs and differentiate between views faster so that you work on important issues in order.
Talk to Your Users and Get to Know Them Better
We revamped our users’ page to aggregate all user data to include bugs, crashes, and chats reported to date. You’ll be able to view their timeline from the moment they used the app to now.
You can also message users directly and send one-to-one messages anytime, even if the user hasn’t reported any bugs to date. Imagine the possibilities!
Dynamic Frameworks Symbolication
We now support symbolication of crashes from dynamic frameworks. If your app links to dynamic frameworks, you’ll upload their dSYMs. You will see the symbolicated stack trace on your Instabug dashboard to help you get to the bottom of the issue.
