How do I activate Feature Requests?
Feature Requests are available starting from the Silver Plan. To activate the board for your users, you’ll paste this line of code into your application.
Important: In order for your users to access your Feature Request board, you’ll need to link the above API with a trigger inside your application, such as a menu item or button.
Once activated, your users can submit new ideas, vote, add comments, and check for status updates.
How do I manage my Feature Requests?
You can view and manage Feature Requests from your dashboard. You’ll find Feature Requests by pressing the lightbulb icon on your left-hand menu. Your Feature Request homepage gives you a pie chart with a breakdown of requests by status, with individual requests on the right. You can filter by votes, last activity, date posted, or status.
Moderating Feature Requests
Select a feature request from the list on your homepage. On the individual request page, you’ll see a menu on the right with options to delete or change the status. You can mark requests as Planned, Started, Completed, or Maybe Later.
You can edit the title or text of any request by hovering over the text and clicking. This will help you keep ideas organized in case they need to be refined or combined.
Adding and moderating comments
You can add admin comments to a request’s message board. Simply enter your comment from your dashboard, and it will be tagged as TEAM, so your users know it’s an official response. You can delete any comment by clicking the trash can on the right-hand side of the comment.
Send update announcements
When your team has completed a long-awaited feature, there’s an easy way to share it with your users! You can send Version Update and What’s New Announcements to all or selected groups of users. You can prompt users to update to the latest version or check out a new feature they’ve been waiting for.

Submit a new Feature Request
To submit a new feature request, your user must fill out four fields: title, description, name, and email. By default, email address is a required field. To make email address optional, use the following API: iOS, Android, React Native, Cordova, Flutter, Xamarin.
Comment on a Feature Request
To add a comment to someone else’s feature request, a user must enter their comment, name, and email address. Like feature request submissions, you can choose to make the email field optional. To do so, use the following API: iOS, Android, React Native, Cordova, Flutter, Xamarin.
