Instabug’s insights is divided into four pages: releases, bug reporting and feedback, app stability, and customer satisfaction. Now, let’s take a quick look at each of these pages.
Instabug insights: releases
The releases section of Instabug insights gives you a snapshot of your app’s performance by app version. With the latest version shown first, you can see how many of your users are on each version, as well as some key metrics for bug reports, crashes, and surveys.

Instabug insights: bug reporting and feedback
The bug reporting and feedback page shows you how many reports you received for each type, the number of users who sent reports, and your top 10 reporters. It also shows you how many reports you received for each app version, report category, and tag, along with your team performance metrics like the number of reports closed and time to close them, as well as the number of replies and time to first reply. You can filter this data by time period, app version, and type of feedback.

Instabug insights: app stability
The app stability page lets you see your crash-free session rate as well as the total number of crashes and the number of users affected. It also shows you the number of crash occurrences in your for each app version over time, and you can filter this data by time and app version.

Instabug insights: customer satisfaction
On the customer satisfaction page, you can see your current NPS score with a breakdown of your promoters, passives, and detractors. You can see how your NPS score changes over time and get a quick view of the results of your three latest surveys. All the data in your customer satisfaction page can be filtered by time period and app version.
