Adding App Store and Play Store Reviews to NPS
NPS can help you determine user loyalty towards your app, and we enhanced it more to catch negative comments before they reach the app store by asking Passives and Detractors (1-8) users how you can improve, and easily target users who are most likely to leave five-star reviews by asking Promoters (9-10) to rate your application on the App Store and Play Store.
