Welcome to Instabug Insights, where your data is transformed into visual stories about your app’s performance and reception. Each app you monitor will have its own Insights pages plugged with data, graphs, and numbers you can use to get the full picture at a glance. Let’s introduce you to Insights for Customer Satisfaction, which uses your survey results to show you how your app is doing.
Who can use survey insights?
Survey Insights is for anyone who wants to measure and improve their app’s reception and user loyalty. If you want to know what percentage of users would recommend your app and how that number has changed over time, then Insights is for you. Insights will track your NPS survey results and give you an on-the-spot look at your top survey statistics.
Customer satisfaction on your releases page

Get a quick summary of your customer satisfaction scores from your Releases page.
If you’re using Instabug Surveys, you’ll see a brief rundown of your numbers on the Insights homepage. The Customer Satisfaction box shows you the latest NPS score for the current survey, the variance since your last survey, and the number of responses just below it. For more detailed information, click over to the Customer Satisfaction tab on the top right.

Check out how your NPS score has changed over time in your Summary section.
It’s important to know where you stand with your users; it’s also important to know how that relationship has changed over time. And that’s why we created Insights for Customer Satisfaction. Now it’s easier to see where you’re at and where you’ve been.
Filters

Use the filters at the top of the page to narrow down your data.
On the top left, there are filters for choosing your version number and date range. Your Insights page will repopulate with the data you specify.
Summary

Get percentages and raw numbers for your NPS respondents.
Your summary donut chart gives you your average NPS score and breakdown for your specified time range. This includes percentages and absolute numbers.
Performance over time

Hover over the graph for more details.
This line chart shows you how your NPS score has changed within the specified range. Hover your mouse over the chart for more information such as time, score, number of responses, and a percentage breakdown by response category.
Drilldown

Your Drilldown section gets you the specifics and links to your most recent surveys so you can take action.
This section gives you critical information about your three most recent NPS surveys. You’ll see the survey title, average score, status, response numbers, and response percentages. Click “Check Survey” on the right to head straight to your survey results page to see more details and individual responses, or send replies to NPS respondents.
Instabug Insights is currently in Beta. If your Instabug plan includes Surveys, you can use Customer Satisfaction Insights for free. Just click the Insights icon on your dashboard’s left-hand menu.
