A more intuitive design so you can quickly access the information you need most
To help you get to the most important features of your bug reports, we’ve fine-tuned the bugs page in your dashboard. In addition to layout tweaks that make the details that matter to you more prominent, here are the biggest visual changes below.
Bugs List
The biggest change is how your bug reports are listed. You’ll only see New and In Progress bugs so that you can focus on the most urgent tasks.
For Silver Plan customers, you can now easily track and manage user conversations from your bugs page without having to switch screens.
With new chat indicators that link to the relevant conversation, you’ll be able to see, at a glance, which bug reports contain messages that have not been replied to and which contain unread messages.
Your bugs are also sorted so that the reports with the newest messages appear first instead of when the bug was first reported. This resurfaces the reports that require your attention instead of staying buried in your bugs list.
Closed bug reports that receive new messages are automatically changed back to In Progress and will appear in your list.
User Conversations
Learn more about specific issues by having in-app conversations with your bug reporters. Dig deeper, nurture relationships with your users, and experience more “Aha!” moments to fix bugs faster and build better apps.
Replying to users is available starting from the Silver Plan.
Team Conversations
Stay up to date about the progress of specific bugs with a timeline of all activity and comments. Discuss issues with your team right in each report.
